Today is a Gala Occasion at the Music Festival
. . .
Today will be a gala day for festival
goers. The program for this afternoon
is most attractive. Miss Florence is
sure of a hearty welcome in "Endymion"
and Venzano's scena, "Ah che
assorta." Mr. Converse will be present
to conduct his own symphony.
Macdowell's suite No. 1, Op. 32, is down
on the program and Vladimir de Pachmann,
the famous pianist, completes
the afternoon's array of attractions.
